Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 week (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping notification email, message us via our Contact Us Page, Select “Order Question” along with your order details, and we will follow-up with you.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. That’s why we thoroughly inspect every item prior to shipping. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 7-day return window, which allows you 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

  • To initiate a return, message us via our Contact Us Page, Select “Order Question” along with your order details, reason for return and we will follow-up with you.

  • Returns must be received in their original packaging including all tags and labels, unworn, and in their original condition. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping costs.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you will receive a refund notification via email, and your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow adequate time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We facilitate exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or show defects. If your order requires an exchange for the same product, message us via our Contact Us Page, Select “Order Question” along with your order details, reason for exchange and we will follow-up with you. 

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
